Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Currently a sophomore or junior pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt, learn new systems, and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Review operational metrics to analyze performance and trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to implement projects that support growth and operational excellence.
• Assist with pricing, purchasing, and inventory activities while gaining hands-on experience.
• Analyze product line data to improve data accuracy and support informed decisions.
• Assist in coordinating product launches, inventory additions, and transitions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Gain exposure to multiple departments through rotations.
• Complete and present a capstone project highlighting key accomplishments and recommendations.
