Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program (Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in hands-on environments.
• Interest in manufacturing, technical products, and/or sales.
• Ability to adapt and work across different teams and settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month immersive rotational internship across Operations (Warehouse), Technical, and Sales phases.
• Develop foundational product knowledge and participate in product assembly and warehouse operations.
• Receive hands-on training with products and systems, supporting technical team members.
• Assist with lead generation, outreach, and account support during the Sales phase.
• Gain ride-along exposure with a Territory Sales Manager to observe customer interactions and field sales execution.
