Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is launching the Full Time Program starting July 2027 in Southwest Michigan. Trainees receive immersive training across Whirlpool brands, sales strategy, merchandising, and operations to build a solid foundation for a dynamic career.

Participants rotate through Sell Thru and Sell In roles, managing retailer relationships and driving sales performance. The program concludes with opportunities to advance into Sales/Marketing leadership within Whirlpool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
• Must have indefinite US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• Willing to travel and relocate domestically.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more with assistive tools; some physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Immersive training to learn Whirlpool brands, products, and go-to-market strategies.
• First rotation as Territory Sales Representative managing 30+ stores in a territory.
• Second rotation as Market Development Representative based in Benton Harbor, MI or field location.
• Pursue next-step roles in Sales/Marketing after MDR success and quota attainment.
