Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workplace.

Responsibilities

• Audit Support: Prepare for internal/external audits; gather documentation; participate in walkthroughs and reviews.
• Document Control: Maintain quality documents; ensure up-to-date and compliant with standards; assist in distribution.
• Technical Training: Develop/update training materials; coordinate sessions; track training completion.
• Manufacturing/Engineering Design Site Support: Provide quality support to design/manufacturing teams; assist in root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Supplier Quality: Evaluate supplier performance; assist in supplier audits and reporting.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting: Collect/analyze/report defect rates and other quality metrics; support dashboards and improvements.
