Plexus Corp. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer Intern in Wisconsin to bridge operations with suppliers and the Supplier Quality Department.

You will help ensure that quality and regulatory expectations are met for purchased parts, while learning best practices in APQP/PPAP and supplier management. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, data-driven problem solving, and developing professional skills in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field for the entire duration of internship.
• GPA: 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support part qualification and evaluation activities ensuring supply.
• Support supplier audit activities related to validation and ongoing quality execution capabilities.
• Monitor supplier quality performance using Plexus and supplier data.
• Support problem part resolution through all phases of operations.
• Assist supplier corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
• Support containment, segregation, NCM review and trend analysis for supplied parts.
• Facilitate reporting and notifying suppliers of cost-recovery requirements.
• Support alternative supplier selection.
• Support RI activities and process effectiveness.
• Participates in customer-facing supplier quality activities.
• Minimal travel may be required.
