Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Quality Engineer Intern in Neenah, Wisconsin. This paid internship is non-exempt and offers mentorship, hands-on learning, and exposure to customer quality and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards. The position targets engineering students with a drive for problem solving, data analysis, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering for the duration of the internship.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate proactive quality initiatives and continuous improvements.
• Support containment, root-cause, and corrective actions for customer issues.
• Utilize statistical analysis methods for problem solving (DMAIC).
• Assist with APQP activities for new customer introductions and maintain relations with current customers.
• Monitor processes through audits and metrics to ensure product health.
