Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Computer literate with good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a Subcontractor database and assembling Bid Documents for pricing.
• Document Take-offs: review specifications, quantity take-offs, and organize with spreadsheets.
• Develop bid clarifications and RFIs; participate in project walk-throughs as required.
• Review trade duration with subcontractors for input to the Project Schedule.
• Assist in development of the scope sheet for subcontractor pricing and the detailed estimate.
• Participate in Architect/Owner Meetings and preparation of hard bids.
• Assist in writing qualifications and assumptions for contracts.
