Job summary

Participants will rotate through multiple departments, partner with experienced teams, and relocate for a 3‑month field rotation as needed, with hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits.

  • College graduate with a construction‑related bachelor’s degree.
  • Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who loves new challenges and is seeking a defined career path.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong ambition, adaptability, timeliness, ability to prioritize, and willingness to ask for help.

PROJECT ENGINEER

About the Position

Ready to jump into the driver’s seat of your career? We’re looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our 18‑month Power Track Career Accelerator program! In this entry‑level role, you’ll choose to specialize in operations, design, estimating, or supply chain, while also making pit stops on other teams. When you cross the finish line, you’ll have the technical skills, relationships, and perspective to succeed!

Position Responsibilities
