Insight Global is seeking a Production Floater to support manufacturing operations across multiple departments. The role requires adaptability to rotate between workstations, assist with assembly, packaging, machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and electropolishing tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn various processes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or related role.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Experience operating, adjusting, or monitoring manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform production tasks across multiple departments based on business needs.
• Rotate between workstations to provide coverage during high-volume production.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, machine operation, and material handling.
• Electro polish parts following instructions and quality standards.
• Safely handle chemicals and adhere to chemical safety procedures.
• Monitor wastewater systems according to company guidelines.
• Learn and become proficient in multiple manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections and quality checks throughout production.
• Identify and report quality concerns or defects.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Support process improvements and production efficiency initiatives.
• Work with production leads and cross-functional teams.
