Job summary

John Deere invites recent graduates to join the Engineering Development Program in Product Engineering. The program provides two years of rotations across Controls & Simulation, Drivetrain, Electronics, Embedded Software, Engines and Structures at multiple Deere locations.

Participants gain exposure to John Deere products and are supported by senior mentors, with the potential for full-time placement post-program. GPA requirements apply; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Software or Electrical Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation Dec 2026–Aug 2027.
  • Desired cumulative GPA of 3.0+ on 4.0; minimum 2.8 GPA.

Responsibilities

  • Rotational program across Controls & Simulation, Drivetrain, Electronics, Embedded Software, Engines and Structures.
  • Engagement in multiple locations as rotations occur; onsite assignments only.
