Job summary

John Deere is seeking candidates for an Engineering Development Program in Product Engineering. The program offers two-year rotations across Controls & Simulation, Drivetrain, Electronics, Embedded Software, Engines, and Structures at various John Deere locations.

It targets recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Software, or Electrical Engineering, with graduation expected between December 2026 and August 2027. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your Responsibilities

The Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Product Engineering provides entry-level engineers an opportunity to gather experiences and exposures throughout John Deere. It provides rotational opportunities to develop an understanding of John Deere's products and services and establish a network of people to support personal and professional growth. The program gives recent engineering graduates three experiences over a two year period. The eight-month rotations include assignments in areas like Controls & Simulation, Drivetrain, Electronics, Embedded Software, Engines, Structures — allpossible at various John Deere locations.

Possible Locations:Georgia (Grovetown), Illinois (Moline), Iowa (Davenport, Des Moines, Dubuque, Ottumwa, Waterloo), North Carolina (Cary, Fuquay-Varina), Wisconsin (Horicon)
