Job summary

Lanxess Corporation in Pittsburgh offers a Rotational Engineer Program designed to build a foundation in the Lanxess organization while developing core engineering skills. The program includes rotations across the Americas headquarters and multiple manufacturing plants in North America.

Entry-level engineers participate in hands-on projects, including compliance and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel and relocation over a 2–3 year period to advance into plant engineering roles.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering from an accredited program.
• 0-3 years engineering experience; internship/co-op preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and relocate over 2-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations at the Americas headquarters and multiple plants.
• Develop compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during rotations.
• Grow core engineering skills and apply them to manufacturing environments in North America.

Job Highlights

The Rotational Engineer Program is a 2 - 3 year development program with rotations at the Americas headquarters and multiple manufacturing plants. Rotational Engineers develop a foundation in the Lanxess organization and grow their core engineering skills prior to taking engineering roles at manufacturing plants in North America.
