Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with a graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 overall.
• Minimum of one internship/co‑op experience or the equivalent of 3 months manufacturing experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration sponsorship or work authorization.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Tackle plant‑level projects focused on process optimization, improving quality, reducing lead times, and driving cost savings.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze data and make informed operational decisions using lean methods and KPIs.
• Develop frontline leadership skills by guiding hourly manufacturing teams and collaborating on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Participate in rotations and earn yellow and green belt certifications as part of the development program.
