Job summary

Eaton's Early Career Leadership Development Program - Plant Operations Management offers a three-year immersive path with two rotations, targeted at engineering grads. You’ll work on plant-level projects focused on process optimization, quality improvement, and cost efficiency, while developing frontline leadership skills.

Participants gain yellow and green belt certifications, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional initiatives, setting up future leadership opportunities in manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
Minimum of one internship/co-op or 3 months manufacturing experience.
Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar.
Must be willing to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization, quality improvement, and cost savings.
Apply data-driven analysis to improve operations and drive measurable results.
Develop frontline leadership skills and support hourly manufacturing teams.
