Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Early Career Leadership Development Program - Plant Operations Management is a three-year immersive program with two rotations, designed to cultivate frontline leaders in manufacturing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with a graduation date before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• Internship/co-op experience or 3 months manufacturing experience at time of application.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop frontline leadership skills on the shop floor and support hourly teams.
