You’ll gain real exposure to inbound, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while learning how we meet the needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.

Upon successful completion, you’ll be considered for a leadership role on our McCarran, Nevada warehouse team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a team of 15+ preferred.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required.
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly DC goals.
• Coach and train employees on best practices.
• Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, and improving efficiencies.
• Improve productivity targets and processes.
