Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking dedicated candidates for a 8-week leadership rotation in our Dayton, Nevada distribution center. The program covers inbound to outbound operations, with exposure to receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and returns, culminating in leadership opportunities with the operations leadership team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of leadership experience and a drive to improve process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership experience managing a team of 15+.
• Experience in distribution environment preferred.
• No specific degree required; relevant skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day decisions of the assigned department/shift regarding performance, process and leadership.
• Learn and understand the process of each department/shift and identify areas of improvement.
• Participate in leadership discussions and apply WebstaurantStore leadership principles to daily work.
• Monitor metrics and resolve operational issues; support corrective actions and discipline processes.
