Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking an Operations Administration Intern for a six- to twelve-month rotational internship based in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will cross-train across invoicing, collections, report generation, and client lifecycle tracking while supporting the Operations Administration team.

As you demonstrate proficiency, you will take on day-to-day responsibilities and provide coverage for teammates.

• Learn and work across ClickUp, Fulcrum, Core, and Tableau.
• Provide coverage for Operations Administrators after demonstrating proficiency in each function.
• Maintain accurate client, financial, and operational records.
• Generate reports and track required follow-up activities.
• Help ensure administrative responsibilities continue without interruption.
• Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Handle financial and client information with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
