Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to produce rotational molded parts, change out molds, and maintain quality, safety, and productivity in a 1st shift (6am–2pm, Mon–Fri).

You will operate the molding machine, transfer resin, assemble/dismantle molds with team, and document production logs. The role offers advancement opportunities, paid holidays, training, and a $1000 signing bonus, with an air-conditioned facility.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete dimensional measuring and quickly learn the use of precision measurement tools.
• Ability to perform simple math and measurements.
• Ability to maintain a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operates rotational molding machine to meet plant metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale).
• Maintains clean, safe work area and follows safety regulations.
• Transfers plastic resin into ovens and into molds for forming.
• Works with team to assemble/dismantle molds; removes molded parts and monitors temperature.
• Performs mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging; uses inspection feedback to reduce scrap.
