The Cell Site Disguise Guys® is seeking a Rotational Molding Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding equipment. The role focuses on producing high-quality thermoplastic parts with strict adherence to safety standards and process controls.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in rotational molding, strong math and blueprint reading skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems. The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in rotational molding or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficiency in basic to intermediate shop math and blueprint reading.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
• Capable of retaining detailed instructions and working independently.
• Physically able to lift to 50 lbs. safely.
• Positive attitude and ability to work constructively with team members.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (or willingness to train).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rotational molding machines in accordance with daily production schedules.
• Monitor indicators to ensure products meet specification and make adjustments as needed.
• Interpret and follow production orders, blueprints, and work instructions for mold setups and cycle times.
• Regulate machine settings (pressure, temperature, speed, feed rates).
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools for defects.
• Perform routine mold maintenance and prep for optimal machine performance.
• Trim, deburr, and prepare molded parts to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow housekeeping protocols.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Identify and recommend improvements to production methods and quality.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions; comply with policies and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work overtime and cross-train in other roles.
