Job summary

Lindar in Baxter, MN is seeking a Rotational Molding Operator to run rotomolding equipment during the Monday–Friday 5:30 am to 2:00 pm shift. The role offers a wage of $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with shop/mechanical focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotomolding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistent production and meet product specs.
• Measure and charge appropriate molding materials.
• Open/close molds and ensure proper sealing.
• Prepare molds and ensure vents are clear.
• Load and unload parts; assist with secondary operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and identify process improvements.
