Job summary

Lindar is seeking a Rotational Molding Operator to safely run machines and related equipment for consistent production of high-quality parts. You will manage material weights, charge molds, and ensure proper sealing and venting for each cycle.

The role demands experience with electrical and pneumatic tools, forklift operation, and the ability to handle heavy molds. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with a pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with emphasis on shop courses.
• Experience using electrical and pneumatic tools.
• Comfortable maneuvering a 75-pound mold or heavier with lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and related equipment to maintain consistent rotomolding production.
• Produce rotationally molded parts meeting dimensional, functional, aesthetic and volume requirements.
• Ensure correct weighing and charging of mold materials for each cycle; maintain contaminant-free materials.
