Job summary

Ruff Land Performance Kennels is seeking a Machine Operator to operate rotational molding equipment, monitor cycles, and ensure quality and safety across production. You will load molds, inspect finished parts, and maintain efficient workflow on a fast-paced line.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, the ability to read instructions, and the stamina to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. PPE is provided, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must wear required PPE and maintain clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load molds with appropriate materials and prepare molds for production cycles.
• Monitor machine temperatures, cycle times, and product quality.
• Remove finished molded parts from molds and inspect for defects.
• Trim excess material and prepare products for secondary operations or packaging.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
