Job summary

Mohawk Industries in North Carolina seeks a Manufacturing Engineer Associate for the ASPIRE leadership program. You will rotate through the Manufacturing Engineering team, contributing to projects and gaining hands-on experience across multiple functional areas and locations.

This 18-24 month program targets recent graduates with engineering or manufacturing degrees, offers professional development modules and exposure to leadership, and aims to develop tomorrow's leaders within Mohawk.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, and/or manufacturing.
• Excellent academic record with GPA minimum 2.7.
• 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred).
• Experience in Manufacturing.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Willingness to learn on the job and participate in rotational assignments at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering team and rotate through different functional areas.
• Contribute to real-world projects and process improvements within the ASPIRE program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and schedules.
• Support leadership development and build relationships across the organization.
