Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or manufacturing.
• Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7).
• 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internships preferred).
• Permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Willingness to learn on the job and grow through rotations at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering team and rotate through different functional areas.
• Contribute to project work and process improvements within the ASPIRE program.
