Job summary

Mohawk Industries invites high-potential graduates to join the ASPIRE Program as a Product Management Associate. This 18-24 month rotational program offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and hands-on projects within product management, finance, marketing, engineering, and more.

You will rotate through different functional areas, gain leadership experience, and contribute to real-world projects while developing skills for a future leadership role within Mohawk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in applicable field (Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, etc).
• Excellent academic record with strong GPA (minimum 2.7).
• 0-2+ years of relevant work experience (Internship(s) preferred).
• Experience in Manufacturing (a plus).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across the Product Management function within the ASPIRE program.
• Support the Product Management team with project work and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with various business units to gain insight and develop future leaders.
