Responsibilities

• Rotate through branch locations to learn day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer service, sales processes, and safety compliance.
• Provide temporary leadership coverage at locations with vacancies, leaves of absence, or seasonal volume increases.
• Support new location openings, including staffing, training, and operational setup.
• Partner with location staff to maintain productivity and service standards during transitions.
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices across locations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of branch-level employees.
• Monitor and help manage branch P&L, budgets, and inventory controls under senior management.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and local teams at each rotation site.
• Complete structured training milestones and check-ins with a mentor or supervisor.
• Travel to assigned locations as needed, including extended stays.

This role provides hands-on exposure to multiple locations, business units, and operational environments through structured rotations, with the goal of building the operational, sales, and people-management skills required to lead a location independently.
