Job summary

Preferred candidates include those with coop or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or admin roles, and leadership activities on campus. Relocation regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. in order to comply with DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
