Carrier Enterprise (CE) offers a New Graduate Rotational Program designed to develop future leaders across sales, branch operations, and logistics. The program includes hands-on learning in product and sales knowledge, marketing strategies, and customer service, with exposure to distribution and warehouse functions.

Qualifications

Graduated within two years of earning a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious and enthusiastic.
Willingness to travel during the training period and relocate after.
Strong interest in customer service, distribution operations, or sales.
Internship experience in any above area is a plus.
