Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join a structured program with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will work closely with experienced managers to learn leadership skills and prepare for career advancement within the company.

The program offers regional relocation possibilities, comprehensive benefits, and a base salary around $55,000 per year. DOT requirements apply, including a valid driver’s license and age 21+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or will be obtained within six months.
• Active driver's license required per DOT.
• Be at least 21 years of age per DOT.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
