Job summary

Credit One Bank is seeking candidates for its Management Associate Program (MAP), a two-year rotational leadership development program designed for recent master's graduates in quantitative or technical fields. The program includes four structured rotations across IT, Marketing, Operations, Treasury & Finance, Risk Management, and other critical functions.

Participants will work on meaningful projects, engage with senior leaders, and develop strategic perspective to prepare for future leadership

Qualifications

Master’s degree or MBA in a quantitative/technical field by January 2027.
Recent graduate with Master’s degree within Aug 2025 – Jan 2027.
Minimum GPA 3.0 in pursuit of Master’s degree.
At least two years of related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data science, math or related field.
Willing to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV starting January 11, 2027.

Responsibilities

Rotations across IT, Marketing, Operations, Treasury & Finance, Risk Management, and other functions.
Engage in meaningful project work and strategic initiatives.
Interact with leaders across the organization to develop leadership skills.
Gain broad business exposure and bank-wide understanding.

Education

Master’s degree or MBA in a quantitative or technical discipline

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, decision science, data science, mathematics, information management, information systems, computer science, computer engineering, statistics, or a related field
