Qualifications

• Engineering/Operations-related degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Internships in related fields are desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to rotation sites and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support product development, process improvement, and technical problem-solving across rotations.
• Experience manufacturing environments and apply lean and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams across facilities.
• Gain exposure to multiple brands and roles within the Americas division.
