Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group offers a two-year Rotational Development Program (RDP) designed to immerse you in Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain across multiple facilities within the Commercial Segment of the Americas Division.

You will rotate through three core areas, work with engineering teams on product development and process improvements, and collaborate with manufacturing leadership to drive LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives while adapting to diverse sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to relocate for rotations and travel.
• Strong communication, self-starter mindset and drive to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support process improvement, product development, and site optimization initiatives.
