Job summary

Quad/Graphics is seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to assist with day-to-day operations in a global marketing experience environment. You will rotate through teams handling Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, network and security basics while gaining mentorship and professional growth.

Ideal candidates are pursuing MIS/CS/CE/Cybersecurity degrees, show curiosity, and can troubleshoot hardware/software with some scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity or related degree.
• General knowledge and/or interest in infrastructure systems: Windows OS/Server, Linux, OS deployment, virtualization, AD/GP, IT security, LAN/WAN.
• Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software problems.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (PowerShell, VBScript, Python).
• Curiosity in applying technology to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with day to day operations and support of IT infrastructure and operations teams.
• Work under the direction of experienced team members, gaining increasing responsibilities.
• Receive mentorship from an experienced team member and partner with a manager on professional development.
