Job summary

Swagelok in Northeast Ohio is launching a three-year Career Development Program (CDP) for recent graduates. You will rotate through IT areas including business applications, analytics, enterprise systems, IT operations, cybersecurity, automation, and emerging technologies to build a broad foundation.

The program features 12–18 month first rotations, followed by two 12-month rotations, with ongoing mentorship and support from management to accelerate leadership and technical growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in IT or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States and open to Solon, OH.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
• Effective communication and ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to small to mid-scale IT projects and process improvements.
• Gather requirements, analyze information, and document processes.
• Support areas like business applications, analytics, cybersecurity, and automation.
• Engage in system lifecycle activities: requirements, documentation, testing, deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in rotations.
