BNY Analyst Program – Audit is an 24-month rotational program designed to immerse you in internal audit at a global financial services leader. You will review processes, risks, and controls, perform testing, and partner with business stakeholders to translate findings into clear insights.

New joiners participate in structured induction, mentorship, and hands-on projects, building technical knowledge and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with focus on business/technology
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the country of applying

Responsibilities

• Support audit work by reviewing processes, risks, and controls across BNY’s business and operations.
• Analyze information, document observations, and identify themes pointing to control gaps or efficiencies.
• Contribute to audit testing, walkthroughs, and reporting to illustrate process effectiveness.
• Partner with audit professionals and stakeholders to gather information and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Gain exposure to governance, risk management, and internal controls in a global financial services company.
