Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; majors in insurance, finance, business admin or sales preferred.
• Candidates should be entering junior or senior year.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Self-starter and quick learner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with client service or tech skills is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Gain best-practices for business operations in insurance.
• Participate in department meetings and support Plexus teams.
• Collaborate to solve problems using analytic approaches.
• Use technology to generate internal resources and deliverables.
• Complete an insurance-based curriculum to learn foundations of insurance.
• Observe client meetings and sales activities.
