Job summary

The Plexus Groupe offers a hands-on summer internship experience in insurance, sales, and benefits. You will rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to employee benefits, benefit administration technology, business and personal insurance, and retirement services.

During June 1–July 30, 2027, you’ll work on cross-functional projects, participate in meetings, and develop presentation skills while learning how Plexus delivers client-focused insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (required).
• Majors in insurance, finance, business administration or sales preferred.
• Entering junior or senior year; GPA 3.0+.

Responsibilities

• Gain best-practices for business operations within the insurance industry.
• Participate in department meetings and work with Plexus teams to address client needs.
• Collaborate to solve problems using an analytic approach.
• Utilize technology to generate internal resources and external deliverables.
• Complete an insurance-based curriculum to learn foundations of various forms of insurance.
• Observe client meetings and sales activities; understand the full sales cycle.
• Develop written and verbal presentation skills.
• Be an active associate in company events and philanthropy initiatives.
