Job summary

Target Hospitality in Texas is seeking a Housekeeper I to maintain guest rooms and common areas to the company standards, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and stock levels throughout each rotation.

Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning, replenishing supplies, handling chemicals per HSE program, and delivering world-class service. Flexible schedule: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or as per manager.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year housekeeping experience, preferably in remote camp or the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, in English.
• First aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety culture and follow all SOPs, JSAs, and policies.
• Make beds and clean rooms daily, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and washing areas.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers and floors.
• Replenish items in guest rooms (tissue, toilet paper, body wash).
• Maintain an organized housekeeping cart with PPE.
• Ensure chemicals are dispensed, stored, and used per HSE program.
• Assist in restocking and maintaining housekeeping areas and laundry.
• Exceed guest needs by delivering world‑class service.
• Attend safety meetings and emergency procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
