Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Business Analyst for an 18-month rotational program based in Washington, DC. You’ll rotate through five areas within Money and Growth, partnering with product, engineering, risk, and operations to drive metrics and strategy.

Expect real work from day one, cross-functional exposure, and measurable impact across rotations. Ideal candidates have a background in business analysis or consulting, strong SQL and modeling skills, and a passion for AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or a quantitative analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced quantitative modeling techniques.
• Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through roughly 5 distinct team assignments across Money and Growth, with its own metrics and priorities.
• Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities.
• Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and executive presentations to inform leadership decisions.
