You will rotate through sites such as The Woodlands, TX, Cincinnati, OH, Marion, NC and more, gaining exposure to strategy, product development, pricing, and market analysis. The program emphasizes collaboration with sales, engineering, and operations while developing cross-cultural communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical and/or business-related subject (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Systems and Marketing).
• Exceptional marketing and analytical skills.
• Industry experience preferable.
• Experience with product life cycle.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English, including technical and business terms.
• MBA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn business & strategy support for annual business and operating plans.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer trends.
• Participate in key strategic initiatives and growth projects.
• Work with engineering and operations on new product development.
• Help evaluate new product ideas and business cases.
• Support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Engage with sales teams, distributors, and customers.
• Learn how products are specified, sold, and supported.
• Assist with pricing, applications, and win strategies.
• Contribute to product and brand messaging.
• Support trade shows, technical training, and sales tools.
• Translate technical value into customer impact.
• Learn how manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain decisions are made.
• Understand profitability, lead times, and cost drivers.
• Gain hand-on exposure to how industrial businesses scale globally.
