Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Rotational Shop Technician to build, maintain, and repair Atlas lease generator fleets and support the Power Shop operations.

This role follows a 14-day on / 7-day off schedule, requires travel between Atlas Power Shop locations, and involves regular maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site customer support.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in power generation or diesel mechanics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of power generation or diesel mechanic experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of basic mechanic tools.
• Aptitude for mechanical service, diagnosis, and repair.
• Demonstrated experience repairing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Atlas Power Shop locations during on-rotation periods to support shop operations.
• Work a 14-day on / 7-day off rotational schedule with extended hours when required.
• Adapt to changing work locations and priorities as directed.
• Maintain readiness to deploy to any Atlas Power Shop location during rotation.
• Conduct regular maintenance, inspection, and assembly of natural gas generators.
• Meet with clients to understand concerns and identify issues.
• Design a plan of action for maintenance tasks and upgrades.
• Maintain logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory and order parts as needed.
• Provide in-field support for large rental site preparations and projects.
