Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Shop Technician to construct, maintain, and repair its lease generator fleet, working with customer-owned generators. You will meet clients, diagnose issues, assemble components, and design maintenance plans to ensure reliable power and safety.

The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, accurate record-keeping, inventory control, and adherence to safety policies. A valid US driver’s license and the ability to work in the US are required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and repair lease generator fleet alongside customer owned generators.
• Meet with clients to understand concerns and identify issues.
• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
• Oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
• Design action plans for maintenance tasks and upgrades.
• Maintain work logs and maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory and order parts when needed.
• Provide consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures.
• Perform generator assessments and alert clients to issues.
• Abide by safety policies and participate in trainings.
