Job summary

PNC's Retail Bank Development Program is a 24‑month immersive track designed for recent graduates to build leadership, sales and banking skills. It moves analysts toward production roles across the Retail Bank and Financial Wellness Solutions groups.

You'll engage in client research, prospecting, relationship management and targeted presentations while participating in formal learning, mentoring and on‑the‑job experiences within PNC's in‑office environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences), Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.

Responsibilities

• Researches clients or prospects and prepares outreach plans.
• Schedules, attends and leads client or prospect appointments and creates proposals.
• Identifies next steps to move relationships forward.
• Proactively acquires new clients through prospecting and networking.
