Job summary

Charles Schwab is hiring 7 Finance Interns for Summer 2027 across Enterprise Finance, Central Planning, Treasury Corporate Finance, Treasury Securities Lending, and Finance Risk Management. Interns will engage in forecasting, reporting, analytics, and process improvement, with exposure to capital markets and data-driven decision support.

The program feeds into a 2-3 year Finance Specialist Rotational Program (FSDP), beginning each summer, including three 1-year rotations across finance

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Internal Audit, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to begin full-time employment between August 2027 and September 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Interest in risk management, internal controls, compliance, auditing, or financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, investment prioritization through business cases, financial reporting, performance scorecards and ad-hoc analytics.
• Develop dashboards to monitor utilization and market trends; build models to forecast loan or rebate dynamics.
• Participate in daily business discussions and work with traders and analysts to gain hands-on experience.
