Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is hiring 7 Finance Interns for the Summer of 2027 in Westlake, TX. Interns will engage in Enterprise Finance, Central Planning, Treasury Corporate Finance, and Securities Lending projects, gaining exposure to forecasting, reporting, analytics, and AI-driven tools.

You will collaborate across Schwab's Finance teams, participate in a 24–36 month rotational program (FSDP) after the internship, and have opportunities for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Internal Audit, Information Systems, or related field.
• Available to begin full-time between August 2027 and September 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, team environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interest in risk management, internal controls, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc analytics in Enterprise Finance.
• Assist with data visualization and dashboard development for Treasury and Securities Lending.
• Collaborate with Finance teams and analysts on capital management projects.
• Participate in daily business discussions and networking with Finance professionals.
