Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of technical experience preferred, willingness to travel 75% and work a 14/14 rotation, plus strong communication and safety discipline.

As a rotational candidate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers in the Oil and Gas Industry. Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of NOV products.
• Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems, ensuring proper functionality.
• Perform field upgrades and provide training to customers on the operation of upgraded systems.
• Communicate field failures and feedback to relevant departments for further analysis and improvements.
• Complete billing, inventory management, and necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Submit field service documentation, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the field.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
