Job summary

NOV is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their MD Totco group in Odessa, Texas. These technicians will work a rotational 14/14 schedule, providing technical support and services for oil and gas industry customers.

The role involves hands-on work with advanced equipment, frequent travel, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently in the field, with willingness to travel over 75% and work long hours in a remote

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA Degree or 2+ years of technical experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel over 75% of the time.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off.
• Capable of working 12+ hours daily during scheduled work period.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of oil and gas field components, including software and hardware.
• Willingness to be on call and respond to urgent customer requests.
• Must pass background, driving record, drug, and physical checks.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
