Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience, including co-ops or internships.
• Willing to relocate and travel.
• Graduate within one year of program start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and communicate manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and revise processes to improve safety, quality and efficiency and generate cost savings.
• Develop new processes by researching technologies, evaluating safety, quality and cost.
• Identify and solve issues with processes and equipment; coordinate maintenance, production and other resources.
• Manage capital project activity for installation of new equipment.
• Own change-management projects to drive process improvement.
• Interact with Senior Management and build relationships across Avient's global teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
