Job summary

Avient Corporation is launching an Operational Excellence Leadership Development Program. MBA graduates will rotate across supply chain and operations teams for two years, gaining hands-on experience and Lean Six Sigma training.

You’ll interact with senior leaders and contribute to key strategic initiatives while developing change-management and project leadership skills. Upon completion, a full-time role aligned with business needs and personal goals awaits in Avient.

Qualifications

• MBA, Operations or Supply Chain focus and three years of work experience preferred.
• Project management, team facilitation, data analysis and change management experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams within operations and supply chain.
• Assist in creating world-class internal processes in rotation areas (e.g., supplier management, contract management, operations planning).
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Kaizen training; complete DMAIC projects.
• Interface with Operational Excellence and business units to ensure sustained improvements.
• Identify and develop key metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Engage senior management and build relationships across the globe.
• Understand Avient businesses from financial, operational and strategic perspectives.
• Apply change management with Avient customers through the Customer First program.
